I devoted about twenty years of my work life to the promotion of diversity in the work place. I did this by collaborating with Barbara Deane in order to launch the first regular publication emphasizing the importance of work place diversity in 1988. This was Cultural Diversity in the Work Newsletter and Barbara Deane became its Editor in Chief and I its Publisher. With the arrival of the Internet, the newsletter and related publications were digitized and gathered into DiversityCentral.com, a web site that provides diversity practitioners with pragmatic and intelligent tools to carry out diversity initiatives inside their organizations.
Today DiversityCentral.com is a business center for practicing effective diversity management and developing "cultural intelligence." We are a premiere destination for workplace solutions!
